No Refunds
All sales are final. RocketServe does not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any subscription fees, one-time charges, or other payments made for use of our platform and services. By subscribing to or purchasing any RocketServe service, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@rocketserve.app or by calling 844-725-8778. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.
Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial and do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@rocketserve.app within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond promptly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
